How does a project start?
Send a message or open a service request with what you need. We reply by email, usually within one business day, ask a few questions to clarify scope, then send a written proposal with deliverables, timeline and price before any work begins.
How much does a project cost?
Package prices start from $250 for a portfolio website and scale with features, integrations and complexity. Business systems, POS, custom software and SaaS are quoted per project. You can see starting prices on the Packages section and build an estimate with the quotation tool. Third-party accounts, renewals and transaction fees are billed directly to you.
How long does delivery take?
A simple website is typically 1–3 weeks. Business systems and apps are usually 4–10 weeks depending on scope. A first MVP is often 4–8 weeks. Every proposal includes a delivery plan with checkpoints.
Who owns the website, code and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, store and developer accounts are registered in your name and remain yours. On request we hand over all source code and credentials at the end of the project.
Do you provide hosting and email?
Yes. We can set up and manage hosting, professional email, SSL and backups, or deploy to a provider you choose. Ongoing hosting and email are billed as a small monthly or annual cost.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and adjustments. After that you can continue on a maintenance plan for updates, monitoring, backups and priority support, or contact us as needed.
Can you fix or take over an existing website or system?
Yes. We regularly repair, modernise and take over websites, stores and systems built by others, including migrations between hosts and platforms.
Do you work with clients outside Lebanon?
Yes. We are based in Tripoli, Lebanon and work with clients remotely. Communication is by email, WhatsApp and video call, and all project activity is tracked in your LebCoder account.
How do payments work?
Projects are usually split into a deposit to start and a balance on delivery, with milestone payments for larger work. Payment methods are confirmed in the proposal.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and we follow current security practices for authentication, uploads and database access. Backups are taken before any major change.
